My focuses are mainly in poetry and photography, and while there are a ton of reasons

behind my wanting to travel abroad, inspiration for my work is arguably the most

prominent. I can't wait to be in a setting so abundant with art and history.

Aside from this, being Italian is a major part of my family's heritage and my own personal

identity, so I'm looking forward to exploring somewhere that is somehow familiar and yet simultaneously new territory.

At school, my activities include Georgetown University Cheerleading, Thirty Seventh GU, and

vlogging for Georgetown Stories, the first-person documentary series about life on campus.

Getting to spend time at Georgetown's own Villa here in Fiesole is a total dream for me.

I'm hoping to take some of what I've learned from sharing my Georgetown Story

and apply it to this blog as I document my travels!
